Suboxone and Subutex Vivitrol Injection Sublocade Injection

At Spine and Joint Pain Center, we offer specialized treatment for those struggling with Alcoholism, Opioid, or Substance Abuse. Each patient's journey through addiction is unique, which is why we create personalized treatment plans for every individual. Our office offers the following services:

Suboxone and Subutex

Both Suboxone and Subutex are FDA-approved for treating opiate addiction. The key distinction is that Suboxone includes both buprenorphine and naloxone, while Subutex only contains buprenorphine. Buprenorphine is classified as a Schedule III substance, indicating it has a lower risk of abuse. Therefore, buprenorphine is generally viewed as a safer option for opiate Addiction Treatments compared to methadone.

Vivitrol Injection

Vivitrol is a prolonged-release injection of naltrexone, a medication prescribed for treating Opioid Use Disorder and Alcohol Use Disorder (alcoholism). It is an essential component of a comprehensive treatment plan, helping individuals with alcohol or opioid dependence reduce cravings and avoid relapse.

Sublocade injection

Buprenorphine extended-release injection, known as SUBLOCADE, is prescribed for patients with moderate to severe opioid use disorder who have already started treatment with a buprenorphine-containing product. After at least 7 days of dose adjustment, SUBLOCADE can be incorporated into a comprehensive treatment plan that includes counseling and psychosocial support. Patients who are not suitable for outpatient treatment may be recommended for intensive outpatient or in-patient programs.
